Social video series featuring Henry Schuck, ZoomInfo’s CEO and Founder, and fellow leadership as they walk our audience through specific product features and workflows that customers can take advantage of.

This series was initially an executive’s request, where I worked closely with them to enhance the video for social media and optimized distribution to elongate content lifespan. This series is shared biweekly on LinkedIn and YouTube and results in an average of 11k impressions, 2k views, and 250 engagements. It’s also shared in our customer newsletter emails, and utilized by our Sales team for prospecting.

To amplify our recently launched media hub, The Pipeline, I’ve created a social video series that focuses on specific pipeline plays revenue professionals can utilize to achieve their goals. Each video features a ZoomInfo teammate who walks viewers through how they personally use the play in their day-to-day to be successful.

I closely collaborate with the Creative team to share these videos biweekly on LinkedIn and YouTube, and organize the video production process.

In alignment with the Product Marketing team, I’ve created a new video series that shares the latest updates to the ZoomInfo platform and focus on specific use-cases for our targeted personas.

To optimize distribution, I work with our writers to develop a corresponding blog that can be shared alongside the video.

Rally for Restaurants is Toast’s initiative to support restaurants during the COVID-19 crisis, encouraging guests to purchase gift cards and takeout and lobbying government officials. This entire initiative came to life in 72 hours, and it was an amazing experience to work closely with teams across the company. Determining the social strategy, I supported partnership campaigns with American Express and Pepsi and managed the Rally for Restaurant social channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter), which was a source of industry positivity and invaluable resources (i.e. CARES Act). These new social channels resulted in driving the majority of site traffic (34%) to the newly launched campaign website and recognition by influencers such as Bob Saget and Marc Benioff.

To amplify this movement, I led the Rally for Restaurants user-generated content challenge, generating over 800 qualified entries, nearly 4,000 hashtags on Instagram, and 80,000 impressions over three weeks.

What makes Toast Hardware unique is that it was fully designed and built in-house with customers’ feedback in mind. I wanted to showcase the ingenuity, durability, and customizations through unique assets for the launch on Toast social channels. With this in mind, I worked closely with the Hardware team to give customers an inside look at what goes into building a multi-product platform. This led to a LinkedIn article from the Product Manager and a behind-the-scenes video with the team who made this product come to life, providing a personal touch to the overall product launch strategy.

On the Line is Toast’s newest online publication for restaurant professionals to share their stories and get advice. I worked closely with the Content and Design teams to strategize On the Line’s launch on Toast social channels, and how we could continue to drive promotions after launch. Social goals were site traffic and form fills, and in 3 months drove over 300 leads.

Reinvigorated social creative strategy, working closely with the Design team, to align with broader Toast initiatives. This led to a unified feeling across social channels and allowed the Social team to constantly be pushing the limits with social content, including interactive Instagram (Stories and Feed posts) and LinkedIn Docs.

To showcase Toast customers’ stories and their employees, I launched a social campaign called #ToastLove. It was a user-generated campaign to increase awareness of all the hard work restaurants and their staff do every day to ensure guests have an amazing experience. We encouraged customers to share their #ToastLove stories on social and would re-share their posts.

I worked with the Customer Success team to take the campaign to the next level by making it an internal contest, which drove over 100 posts. We encouraged Toasters to share a Toast pin with restaurant staff that went above and beyond, and then post their story on social. On Valentine’s Day the best story received a gift card to their favorite restaurant.

Initiated and launched Buildium’s first podcast, The Property Manager Podcast. As the producer and host, I was responsible for interviewing customers, finalizing episodes, designing all collateral, and the distribution strategy.

During the summer of 2015, I interned with the Creative Services team at the Museum. I had the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of teams and learn all about project management. I worked on creating display ads, cinema slides, mailers, and other print projects.

Worked with Buildium’s content team to develop this eBook on predictions about the property management industry for the 2018 season. The deliverable for this project was an ungated downloadable content piece on Buildium’s website.

Our main goal for this project was to be seen as thought leaders in the industry. I accomplished this by giving the content a modern and professional look, while utilizing a simple layout for easy digestion of the material.

In March 2018, Buildium launched a series of their first customer workshops across the U.S. Each workshop is a full-day of presentations and tutorials. Attendees learn how to become a better property manager and how to best utilize the Buildium software in their day-to-day work schedule. I designed all the collateral for these events, including agenda cards and worksheets (both seen here). In addition, I created signage and presentation designs as well.

Interned in the Exhibition & Design Department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I had the opportunity to work on collateral and signage for a variety of rotating and permanent exhibits.

In an effort to enhance the overall customer experience, we now send a welcome kit to new customers who purchase Buildium software online. I worked closely with the Customer Marketing team to develop the look and feel of these and to ensure it’s closely aligned with the business objectives of this project. In each kit, there is a mouse pad, a phone case, a sticker sheet, a brochure, and a letter from our V.P. of Customer Success. With a variety of mediums to work with, it was a fun challenge to ensure the design was cohesive, while still making sure each stood out on it’s own.

I worked closely with the content team at Buildium to design this gated content piece. It’s a guide with tips on how to become more profitable for property managers. I’ve been working on constructing new templates and layouts for longer content pieces and this was the final product. I focused on typography and images that directly relate to the copy and bring it to life.

This was an exciting opportunity for me to be able to design the main login page for the Buildium product. It’s the page every customer sees each day they log in to start their work day. When I’m able to, I love to utilize our great customer shots we have and did that here to bring more realistic components into the design.

Interned in the Marketing department at Stonehill College and had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

In addition to the content pieces Buildium releases, we also create infographics to elongate the campaign that highlight the main findings or offer the best tips. Here are a few snippets of an assortment of infographics that I’ve created over the past years.

In addition to working with the Marketing team, I often collaborate with our People Ops team on projects for internal and external uses. This is an example of a t-shirt I created for a recruiting event. It’s main purpose is to build Buildium’s brand awareness in the tech scene, especially in Boston, and to attract great talent.

Buildium attends and presents at multiple industry-related conferences across the country each year. For each conference, I work closely with our events team to prepare needed signage, 1-pagers, invitations and more. At some conferences we often host our own after-parties, which each have their own unique theme. This is always fun to balance the chosen theme with the Buildium brand.

This is an example of a Facebook carousel ad that I designed. It highlights some of the specific features that the Buildium product offers to its customers. It’s meant to be viewed in a dynamic setting, where viewers can swipe through the images. The first suggests viewers “take a look at Buildium.” As you swipe through, the laptop slowly moves to the left and viewers have the opportunity to see multiple screens.

Each winter, I create a new logo for Buildium’s holiday party. This logo was used in multiple locations, from stickers and SnapChat filters to printed photo borders and tv screens.
